Return & Shipping Policy


At CLOSETCO we do not offer refunds on items or cancellation of orders. However, we allow exchange of items (due to sizing or any other valid reason) or replace a damaged item.



If you wish to exchange your item please contact within 7 days.

You may exchange your item for the same item in a different size, or exchange it for a completely new item of your choice (with any additional costs being covered by the customer). Any shipping costs and duties are expected to be covered by the customer when exchanging the item.

Please note that the item must be in its original packaging with labels intact. 


On the occasion that a damaged or defective item has been sent to you, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order via

We will offer a refund (taking back the product for quality reasons) or replace the item. The labels of the piece should be intact.


Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any exchanges on ‘Accessories’ as well as any ‘Scarves’.

Due to the lighting, colours may vary. We cannot offer a refund if there may be a slight difference in colour from what may be shown in our images. However, we are happy to assist our customers so please contact us.

Please be informed that if you return any damaged items, you may be charged a maintenance fee (based on the condition of the damage) or your refund may be denied if the damage is irrevocable.


Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.


We do not accept exchanges on sale items or items bought during sales. All discounted items are final sales.
